The School Council consists of elected pupils from each class in Key stage 2, and the pupils who hold the positions of Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary. The School Council is responsible for representing the views of pupils in our school and works to promote important issues such as keeping healthy and anti-bullying.
The pupils in our school are able to give their views and suggestions to the Council by using the suggestion boxes in their classrooms. Any issues are then raised at the fortnightly held meetings, with the Council members providing feedback to their classes.
The Councilors also meet with pupils from other School Councils to share ideas and build community links.
